|  Scared of the dark? Let the PADI Night Diver Specialty Course take you on an unforgettable journey under the waves at nights. The PADI night Diver Specialty Course takes place over two to three days, with three open water night dives required. Before the training dives start, your instructor will review your answers from the knowledge development section of your PADI Night Diver manual. Night diving has different appeals for different people; here are six of the main ones. 1. Natural curiosity 2. Viewing nocturnal marine life 3. The ability to view marine life closer than during the day. 4. Seeing the dive site in a different light ( or no light ! ) 5. Extends dive opportunities letting you dive at any time of day or night. 6. Enables divers to experience the "true" colours of the reef and fish when viewed through a flash light. During your night diver course, your PADI instructor will discuss the following points. 1. The appeal of night diving 2. Special night diving equipment 3. Planning night dives 4. Reacting in the correct way to special night diving situations 5. Night diving techniques This is a great course to take while on a liveaboard trip, as there is the opportunity to take part on a night dive every night. |
