Booking Procedures for Dive Trips

1. Reserve the diving trip

2. Make 30% deposit to confirm the booking via Paypal or bank transfer, and you will receive the confirmation email from us within 48 hours

3. Repeat customers will receive 5% discount on any Liveaboard Trips booking.(Only for trip price)

Booking Procedures for Dive Courses

1. Reserve the course and the start date
2. Inform us your flight details for airport pick up
3. Make a full payment on your arrival date or before the course starts.
4. This payment is non-refundable.
5. Please make sure you reserve the date at least 14 days before your arrival to avoid any disappointment.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you cancel your reservation any less than 45 days before trip departure, then you lose your deposit that you paid.
2. If you cancel your reservation 45 days or more before your trip departure, we will return 50 % of your deposit minus any bank charges incurred by us. We retain the right to keep 50 % of the deposit in compensation for potential lost bookings.
